We have 2 producing branches, Washen Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. & Suzhou Rivmate Fastener Co., Ltd, aiming to efficiently integrate manufacturing and warehousing & packaging, so that we can provide foreign customers with a better factory inspection experience and faster delivery.
We are dedicating to supply the qualified structural rivets to Europe and the United States and we have established partnership with the world's top 500 companies such as Stanley and Würth. We will focus more on research of high-strength & New types structural products to hit the market.
We have now 69 sets multi-station machines for the rivet body, 30 sets high speed mandrel machines for the mandrels producing, 30 sets imported assembly machines and 6 sets of the most advanced laser selecting machines to meet the 50PPM requirement,our annual producing capacity is 600 million pieces structural rivets and 1.5 billion pieces standard blind rivets.,Our laboratory is equipped with Projector, Tensile & Shear Machines, Hardness Testing Machine, Vision Measuring System, laser selecting machine, Thickness Testing Machine and Salt Spray Testing Machine, so that we can meet the strict requirement of automobile & Electric cabinet industry.
We choose high quality suppliers as partners, from material selecting, manufacturing, till shipment are all strictly monitored and recorded according to IATF 16949 management system. We follow ISO, DIN7337, IFI114, Huck and Avdel standard, and also we can design and produce according to customer requirement.
